Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original vintage-style packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
